Day bed couch in living room will accommodate a third guest. Balinese bamboo and teak furnishings, woven bamboo matting and high beamed ceilings throughout. Full kitchen, cable TV, DVD and local phone included. Rate for 2 guests $185/night. The Bungalow can accomodate a maximum of 3 guests for an additional $15/per extra person per night. State excise and room tax in the amount of 11.42% will be added to rate. |

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A 50% (100% for single night reservations when allowed) deposit is charged to your card for all reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival. Reservations made more than 45 in advance will be held without a deposit until 45 days prior, at which time a 50% deposit will automatically be charged to your card. The remaining balance is due and charged to your card the day of arrival. Refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will be issued only if we are able to rebook the canceled space to another party. Deposits are not transferable to other dates or units. |
