Deposit/Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% (100% for single night reservations when available) deposit for all reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival.
Reservations made more than 45 days in advance will be held without a deposit un util 45 days prior, at which time a 50% deposit will automatically be charged to your card.
Refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will be issued only if we are able to rebook the canceled space to another party.
Deposits are not transferable to other dates or units.
The balance is charged to the card on file the day of arrival.
If you check out prior to your scheduled check out date, a refund will be issued on a pro-rated basis for each night the accommodation is re-booked.
Some Rules
- Two night minimum, except when there is a one night opening in between two exsisting reservations.
- Reservations occurring between December 22 - January 2 require a 4 night minimum stay.
- No Pets
- No Smoking
- No exceeding the room guest limit
Violatation of these terms will result in a termination of your reservation subject to our cancellation policy.
